We had huge success at last year’s Race for Education! Let’s do it again!

just click for source The Race for Education accomplishes the majority of the PTO fundraising in one, fun-filled day.  On Thursday, November 1, 2018, all BES students will get moving raise money to lower the cost of field trips, purchase new playground equipment, and fund other PTO related items. With your overwhelming support last year, we were able to update the basketball court and resurface the playground, purchase 30 chrome books, new sofa’s for the media room, art displays, instructional reading guides for every grade, school-wide assemblies, and send more teachers to Reading Conferences.

Success Depends on You!
The success of Race for Education is based on sponsor’s donations.  Potential sponsors may be family members, relatives, close friends, and neighbors. Special emphasis should be placed on out-of-state relatives and friends. Also, the people you do business with are a great, potential sponsor, e.g., barber, dentist, doctor, piano teacher, etc.

There are incentives and prizes to help promote the success of Race for Education, which encourage student and classroom participation (e.g., BES Water Bottles, Extra Media Book Cards, Homework Passes, Extra Recesses, $10 FroYo Gift Cards, BES T-shirts, Freezie Pops, Pizza Party).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
